I mentioned this in the GT, but I come from the future.
The Oilers win 1st overall through the lottery and draft a small, skilled forward.

Just like the blackhawks game, when they got scored on late in the game they didn't get discouraged and choke; but instead kept on fighting and believing. That's character. Love this team, no matter their record.

Why in the world is Chris Butler on the ice in the last minute of a 1-0 game anyway?
Great show by the boys to pick themselves up in overtime.

Pretty ashamed by the fan reaction to Berra allowing one goal...especially when the puck should have been cleared 2 times before the scoring chance
really gritty effort by the Flames

Yes, and the Flames won the game despite the "broken back".
Do some of you people even think about what you are posting, or is it simply easier to fall apart into hysterics?

The only logical reason for Butler to get 28:44 of ice time was Hartley wanted to embarrass the Oilers. Might as well played with one arm behind their backs.

Lets name the Flames goalies that have gone over 60 minutes in a game with only allowing one goal

The Oilers have a lot of guys with talent but play like a KHL team. The Flames don't have a lot of talent but it looks like they play more like a real NHL team. The Flames deserve the win tonight.

Gotta give Feaster credit when it's due, Hudler was an excellent UFA pickup. Don't think anyone could disagree with that. He's probably been out best player since he was signed last year.
Four million is a bargain for what he's been giving us.

A Butler turnover lead to the Hall goal. Time to trade the bum!
