I agree, but after Butler's game tonight, I'm not even sure that is mathematically possible.

He was decent for most of the game except let in a back breaker.

This was better, they had a couple minutes of hope before being crushed. Plus they got a point that might get them out of the top 5 picks.

Great d Shultz. Here's hoping he signs the 5 for 5 special soon up in loser country.
Butler played fine but there is no reason this guy should be on the ice in the last few mins of a 1goal game.

Incredibly gutsy win.

Fludler. Brutal play by the always rock solid Oilers defense. Good effort given the influenza and playing last night

If we want Butler to set another NHL record, Berra.

Stajan had a solid game. As did Backlund and Brodie.
Nice to see Berra get the win, but he doesn't inspire a lot of confidence back there.

Haha, Hudler buries Coil with a case of the flu.

In the Sin Bin
These last two games are prime examples of why referees need to be made available to the media after games. "So, Mr. referee, would you care to explain why you felt that mugging a guy trying to get to the puck isn't a penalty?"
Forget the inevitable Butler hate. Berra was screwed out of his first NHL shutout by the officials.
