Yes they are -1, on a goal where the center didn't cover the guy in the slot. O'Brien had his man on the boards and Jackman was trying to get to the slot guy that Colbourne didn't cover. Lots of reasons why the goal happened but I wouldn't blame it on either of them. Don't get me wrong I would rather see some younger guys come up a play but blaming everything on the bottom of the roster guys all the time gets a little old, and for comparison in this game Duchene, O'Reilly and Parenteau are also -1 for their team.

I read this forum for years before I logged on. It seems that I at least care a lot what other people's opinions are.

That was meant as "the royal you" as in all of us. But yea, you are correct, I very much like to agree and disagree with people all things Flames.

Here's the problem with your analysis. You fail to mention that when they got on the ice, they got driven into their own zone and that's how the whole thing started. I hate to say this, especially after that beauty goal last night, but putting Jackman and Mcgrattan on the ice together for a shift is the first mistake towards a goal against. It doesn't matter who the last person to lose their coverage was, because the whole shift is a trainwreck.

Down by one on the road with the momentum in our favor against one of the top teams in the league. Dare I say we win this one?

Cammy just always in the right spot there, just couldn't hit the twine. Good effort!

Yup, Backlund had the shot but tried to pass it through the D.
