I then saw the news about Brandon Jacobs possibly aggravating his injury (I picked him up to start last week due to injuries to my RBs) and decided to play it safe and pickup a backup to get me a few point instead of risking a zero on Monday night if Jacobs didn't play, this led me to Roy Helu Jr. The two combined for 40 points and an easy win.
Anyone else hit a hail mary like that before in fantasy?

Nothing like that, but three years ago I grabbed Josh Freeman off waivers to strt my championship game as he was matched up against what was an injury riddled and awful Seahawk defence and he got me 5 passing touch downs at 6 points each and like 42 total. I had also grabbed Kellen Winslow Jr who had 2 TD's that Sunday too. Thanks to them, I won that league that year.

Last year in my B league semis I thought Josh Freeman was going to have a huge game against that pitiful Saints D and thus benched Cam Newton. The Bucs lost 42-0 and Freeman got me -6 points and I lost even though girlysports started 3 players that were injured.

Who would you start this week
Cam newton
Russell Wilson
Both play terrible teams but I'm leaning towards Wilson because Newton plays on Thursday and those games are typically low scoring.

Yeah, Thursday games are such wildcards. I'd go Wilson. I have a similar dilemma in Kaepernick or Vick.

My lineup this week is one of the weakest I have ever seen in fantasy football.
QB- Brady (2013 FANTASY Brady)
RB-K. Moreno
RB Ridley
TE-K. Rudolph
WR-Bowe
WR Stills
WR-Jennings
K-Gostkowski
DEF-Denver
In fairness, Moreno has been great for me all year but beyond him there's a real possibility I don't crack the 50 point mark as a team this week.

Wow lol
I have been starting Brady 70% of the year hoping that the next game would be his break-out game. Still hasn't happened. Even with ATL's depleted WR's I will go with Ryan this week. Watch Brady break out this week

Brees is playing Buffalo at home, after a bye, which followed a loss. I expect big things from him tomorrow.

Haha, I only started him because I'm in bye week / injury hell. Especially with Lance Moore back and Graham still active, I wasn't expecting much. 33pts later...
And I'm pretty sure you'll be able to figure out the Megatron owners in your league just by checking the league scoreboard. Wow...

I picked the right two weeks to have Andy Daulton cover for me in a 2 QB league. Hopefully I can sell him off to fill other holes on my team.

Coasted to an easy win this week on the backs of Stafford, Megatron, and the Cardinals D.
Too bad all are on bye next week.

Kaepernick and Megatron put up great scored for me but Mike Wallace, Green-Ellis and Sproles did absolutely nothing so I am getting thumped since P Manning, Lacy and Jordy Nelson all put up great numbers and my opponent's supporting cast all put up decent points. It will take a huge breakout game to pull this one out of the crapper tonight.

Last week I run into Forte and Vincent Jackson, this week I run into Megatron. Seems like the last few weeks I have been running into monster performances.

7-1 to start the year with my only loss to the other 7-1 guy.
Need to start Flacco, Tannehill or Roethlisberger this week. Any thoughts?
