I really wish I was going....as much as I wasn't the biggest fan of these jerseys (or what we've seen of them so far) I think I'm a fan now. It would be great just to go and see everything even if you don't plan on buying stuff.

As I've said I've warmed to them.
I just think a hockey jersey is a pretty sacred thing and I'm guessing almost everyone reacts somewhat negatively to whatever they do. Then things settle down, the team wins a game or two in them and they become more popular.
Looking forward to seeing the final product.
Maybe new Flames jerseys are like Nickelback, nobody will admit to liking them but they sell out all the time.

I hate teams that constantly redesign their jersey or logo. Look at Detroit or Montreal. They have kept the exact same design and style for the past half century. They have built a brand and identity that everyone recognizes and can relate to. Vancouver is the biggest example of a team that can't figure out their logo or identity. New and alternate jersey's are nothing more than a cash grab. One I won't be taking part in.

I've always thought they weren't bad, my whole issue is just how similar they look (from afar) to our normal kits. If the home and away do get drastically changed in the next year or two (you know what I want), I'll like these thirds a lot more. Bonus points to finally making a good shoulder patch.
