Go flames go!!

I could see an upset by the flames tonight. Sharks are bound to lose a game soon and will probably take Calgary lightly. Flames play hard like they have been and i see them sneaking a 4-3 win.

Also Ramo is going to have to make some big saves to get some more playing time in the short term. While Mac does not seem to have the CP vote of confidence, he does make one big save a game. I think that "one big save" is the difference of Mac getting starts over Ramo.

I'm pretty excited to see how they will perform against the top team in the NHL. I'm really hoping for less mental/Butler mistakes tonight.

Can't believe butler stays in the line up. I defended him before but he actually is a really bad player, and costs is games. He's not a NHL player by any means m, and he will be out of the league once his contact expired and feaster doesn't sign him.

Disappointing jackman is still in as well. Jones would give us more speed against a high flying sharks team. Puzzling moves by Bob.

Maybe that is why he is in the line-up.

I think I care more about seeing how Monahan matches up agains Hertl than how the Flames match up against the sharks.

Good to see Colborne getting a chance with some more offensively talented line mates, I think he deserves it after last game. In the third when he was carrying the puck through the Ducks zone, slowing things down, and using his size, it looked like what Getzlaf had been doing to the Flames all night. Really makes you notice how long it's been since this team has had a big skilled #1 center. Obviously Joe has a way to go but he's certainly shows a flash or two each game.

Fantastic! That's one thing you Calgarians never get to see - the birth of a new hockey fan. Everyone I've taken to games in SJ have become instant converts. Hopefully you'll have good seats close to the ice. The speed of the game is shocking to newbies and the closer to the glass (to a point) the faster the game seems. Good luck explaining hybrid icing :-)

I haven't had a chance to see any CGY games this year. Very curious to see how they are actually winning games, but they have a real challenge tonight.

The fist six games the sharks played this year was some of the best I've ever seen them play. Not just relying on PP - they were just running over teams. I couldn't believe that they destroyed STL with only 5 dmen.

But they couldn't get it all together in the last game against DAL.

They're home and they want to fix their game.

Hope CGY bring their A game - they're gonna need it.

PS - you should absolutely wear the red Iggy jersey. The red really stands out - a white jersey would be lost in the crowd.

This is such a critical game for both teams. We should have some clarity with respect to the playoff match ups by 10.30 pm mt....

Wear the Iggy jersey. Crowd your way to the Flames players entrance before and after each period, and shout "Iggy! Iggy, can I get an autograph? Autograph Iggy?" at all of the Flames in hopes you get one of them to sign your jersey.
