92 blocked shots for the #Flames in the early going. That leads the NHL.

Wow what a gritty effort. Love this Flames team, there is just no quit in them.
This style of play takes a physical toll though, and the absence of D. Jones in the lineup was noticeable. Really hope to see some of the injured players back in the lineup soon.

 Those guys are awesome.

I'm with Dion. We could be worrying about where the team will be after 82 games and talk about how they "shouldn't" be playing this well.
Or we could just enjoy the spectacular show that they're putting on right now and deal with the other crap at a later date when/if it actually happens.

 I know what I choose.

I ran into the one wearing the Czech jersey during the 1st intermission. Didn't see the group.

Damn rights he does. The guy has won at every level of hockey he's coached at.

The Flames sit 2nd in the NHL in GF with 18. They have a collection of guys who can score consistently.

Gio looks like the old Gio. For all the bashing Russell took before the season started, he looks better than Bouwmeester did on a lot of nights.

Good Pope's excrement, that *IS* surprising!!!! I would never have guess at Butler being tops in blocked shots. I am most decidedly one of his detractors. I may have to change my tune (a little. He's still hot garbage most nights)

Squid has no problem with effort. I think he will fit right in, and likely help carry the torch.
