On another note I called 311 to ask if you could access Stoney from south of 17th ave. and she said she has no idea and that it is the Province's responsibility. That was it. Basically hung up on me.
I thought that was a pretty poor answer to a question that must be asked a lot. At least she could have told me who to call or where to look. Quite disappointed.
