Seems like RB's are at a serious premium this year. Last year guys like Charles, AP, and Ridley were drafted a ways down the board. I do think though, that a good QB and strong receiving group can let you survive until a handcuff option becomes a viable starter. Going to be a lot of fast paced offence and passing this year I think.

I drafted Gronk for my TE position, but he obviously isn't gonna play the 1st 2 weeks at least. I drafted Eifert as my backup, but not sure how much he plays behind Gresham. So what should I do?
Stick with Eifert or pickup either Ed Dickson or Colby Fleener.

I'd go with Dickson out of those guys. I don't believe Eifert is an ideal option for you because you will be starting Gronkowski every week when he's healthy. But it will take a couple weeks for Eifert to get fully in tune with the offence. By the time Eifert is a viable starter you will be starting Gronk so it won't matter.

Yup, those are some bad RB options my friend.
Once Bell gets back in a couple of weeks then you should be ok. Bernard could become a decent RB2 I suppose but I'm not betting on it. PPR? If so than its really bad.

It's a 16 team league, nobody is going to have a stacked team. I think you are good at QB and WR, and Morris will be awesome if he duplicates last year. You can win matchup with 85,points in q 16 team league.

85 is still an ugly score in a 16 team league. I run a 16 team league with an added flex and people consistently hit the 100-120 points.
In fact, given the size of 16 team leagues, having bad running backs is a death sentence. There is basically no bench running backs available as backups and even some third strings make their way to the bench.

The draft for our league is tomorrow night. It's a standard scoring, 12 team keeper going into its 3rd yr. I will be keeping Jimmy Graham for a 4th and David Wilson for an 8th. I also have Dez Bryant who I can keep for a 2nd. I'll be picking 11th overall so I would have to give up the 14th overall pick to keep him,
I'm currently kicking around the idea of letting Dez go, picking up 2 RBs with my 1st/2nd round picks and ensuring my RBs are rock solid. There are so many WRs out there this year that I don't think it will be hard to find 3 guys in the mid-late rounds who will be productive. Problem with this strategy is I can only play 2 of my RBs per week so one will always be sitting. I can't decide whether I'm better off with Dez and average RB depth or really good RB depth and no top flight receiver.
Any thoughts?

I'd keep Dez, he would probably go ahead of 14th overall if every team is taking 3 keepers.

10 team league...100 bucks a head
QB Peyton Manning
QB Tony Romo
RB Doug Martin
RB Reggie Bush
WR Eric Decker
WR Randall Cobb
TE Jermichael Finlay
K David Akers
D Giants
Flex Eddie Lacy
Bench
QB Matt Schaub
RB Ronnie Hillman
RB Mark Ingram
WR Chris Givens
WR Percy Harvin
TE Jermaine Gresham
Is Hillman in the mix for starting for the Broncos? It was a strange draft...new group of guys for me. Defenses were being taken in rds 5 and 6. I think I did OK.

Hillman's there, but that being said he would certainly be my first drop candidate on that team

in a 16 team picking last I think that's a pretty decent lineup...had a similar situation picking last the other night...what a brutal amount of time between back to back picks as you watch players get snatched up one by one.
"This guy should be around next time I pick" nope

Big night for me, possibly my best ever considering I only had two players playing! Peyton and D.Thomas combine for 74 fantasy points. I play in a 14 team keeper league (5 keepers).
My team:
QB: Peyton Manning
RB: CJ Spiller
RB: Isaac Redman
WR: Calvin Johnson
WR: Brandon Marshall
TE: Brandon Pettigrew
Flex: Demaryius Thomas
D/ST: Steelers
K: Rob Gronkowski
HC: Texans
Bench:
Montee Ball
Vincent Brown
Christine Michael
Coby Fleener
Ryan Tannehill
Markus Wheeton
I've had really good luck drafting receivers over the years. Had to drop Randall Cobb and Jimmy Graham this year to keep Peyton, DT, Johnson, Marshall and Spiller....

I picked him up on the wire this afternoon, and started him. Pure dumb luck, but it helped offset Pagal having Manning at QB.

I was about to pick up "Orange" Julius but I didn't have access to a computer before game time. Now's he's on waivers.
