Part of me would like to believe that the lady is somebody without much practice in saying mean things, so the first thing she could come up with just ended up being racist. But I often try to just see the good in people.

I think this is a perfect illustration of what happens when people who can't admit that their opinion was maybe a little overboard and realize it but can do nothing but spew nonsense in further retorts - I understand where you're coming from, you are a zero tolerance type of guy/gal - who will judge one person based on one action..without further logical or constructive thinking - hypersensitive one might call it - all good man, that's just not the world i live in.
I don't know whether or not this lady has racist views and neither do you - all I am saying is a pretty simple concept - her dumb and stupid remark is not enough to conclude that she is a racist...,,just like someone who as a couple of pops isn't necessarily a drunk....I hope she feels bad and finds a way to apologize.
So ya I think you should still let everything go... chill out and relax it's good for your health - But at the sametime I hope you hold yourself up to the same stringent standards as you seem to expect from everyone else and next time you make an honest mistake in the heat of the moment that someone doesn't judge you.

You've never once agreed someone was a racist in threads where it was obvious they were being racist. You use words like stereotype, but explain what you think a racist is?
Just judging from your past posting history on the subject this seems like it is an issue you care deeply about and will defend the racists at every turn.
You'd think just once you'd admit someone was being racist but of the 20 or so threads I read, you denied racism in every single one of them and stood up for the racist or at the very least, the bigots.

This is a very slippery slope you are navigating here. The level evidence and criteria you are using to label him a racist, could just as easily be turned around on you and your posts, and make you a woman beater.

It may be a racist comment but the title of the thread says racist dog owner - the comment doesn't mean the someone is a racist - there is a huge difference.
Totally agreed. The thread title could mean the dog is racist. Hard to establish though without a good history of racist behaviours.

I would expect nothing less..So why don't you stop with the Kangaroo court shenanigans and present to a jury of my peers all your evidence of me defending people who YOU think are racist. ( Now looks like you are another no tolerance guy/gal ).
A racist would be someone who believes and acts upon the belief that their race or a race is superior than others.
Should we start a new thread with a poll and pk2 can present his case and I can defend myself and we can have the good people of CP decide if I am guilty of the charges pk2 accused me of? I Know something like this is must be foreign to you PK2 but it's usually the best way to decide these things.

I disagree i have friends of all shapes, colors, sizes and preferences - if i lose it and say something stupid to get arise or to hurt someone that involves reference to a persons race - I am not a racist...I'm a dumb moron... If i was a racist I wouldn't have a good asian friend, afro friend, indian friend ect... Most racists stick closely in their racial group and avoid people of other races and are constantly on the attack

Everybody's xenophobic and it's always been that way. Only difference is that now it's not polite to give into those impulses, whereas in the past it was both tolerated (as long as you were part of the in-group) and encouraged.
Nowadays is much better, but the real breakthrough will come when we all become part of one global in-group, and the out-group - for whom it is only just and right that we revile - will be that truly evil and diabolical subset of humans known as hipsters.
