I think Monahan would be a great fit on a line with glencross and jones. Lots of size and speed on that line. Plus he'll be playing with guys that play a simple two-way game like he does. I could see Monahan putting up 40+ points this season as a 2nd/3rd line centre behind backlund and stajan.

As much as I want to see him play next season I hope they put him in a position to succeed on the Flames. If he's going to be stuck on the 4th line playing minimal minutes, might as well send him back to junior.
