Dunno. Raw and cold. It looked like a boiled cows tongue and I can't even describe the texture.

+1 to old person chocolate, or dark chocolate/baking chocolate. Nasty, nasty stuff.
Also this:

Disgusting.

Don't you just scoop out the inside? (coming from watching an episode of Anthony Bourdain)...

Honestly I don't know. My girl and I were looking over a sushi menu on the Island and there it was. Uni. I never had it, nor did she. We gave it a shot. Ugh.

A big gulp of milk that had gone bad. Spat put pretty quick, the taste stays with you for the rest of the day though...
I've given my milk a quick sniff whenever I open the carton ever since.

Ground beef of any sort. My mother tells me I had a traumatic food poisoning experience when I was a child, but I don't recall it. All I know is that I'll pretty much ingest anything, but the taste and texture of hamburger tastes like sour garbage to me, and I just can't stomach it.
I hate it. I'd love to try some greasy diner burgers but I can't do it.

That is probably a blessing in disguise.

Prosciutto of all things is the nastiest food ever to me. Just the smell of it makes me nauseous and actually eating it makes me wretch.

Granny smith apple with garlic hummous. Sounds ordinary enough, but it's diabolically bad.
Canned silk worm pupae: also bad.
Dried intestines taste like #####, unsurprisingly.

Was at a Sobeys last summer, and a lady at a food booth asked us if we wanted to try some steamed asparagus with this weird cheese (applewood it might've been). I almost upchucked it right back up in front of her booth.
I swear it took half a day for the taste to leave my mouth.
*edit* Also one day in my teens, I went to my Vietnamese friends house to pick him up (he was going to stay the weekend as we had it planned to play a season or two in NHL Faceoff '98). When I got there, his mother decided it would be a wonderful idea to give me this bun filled with I have no idea. I took a bite (small bite) and immediately wished I had not gone that day to pick him up. I struggled to get it down and she left the room. He packed some stuff and on our trek back to my place I lagged behind him a few paces and silently chucked the rest of it into a bush.
Really the only two things I have almost gotten sick over.
Sour milk is pretty bad. Grandma poured me a giant glass one Christmas day and I had a few gulps before I realized something was wrong. Yuck.
