Other notes from what I see:
No afternoon home games. 7 home games between 23 Dec and 11 Jan. NYE here vs Philly again.
19 day Olympic Break.
8 back to back sets of games.
Warmer weather trips possiblities are Fri/Sat 29th 30th Nov in ANA/LA and Fri/Sat Mar 14/15 Dallas Phoenix.
All 3 Flames games in EDM are on Saturday nights, all Oiler games here are Fri or Saturday...the past few years they put those on the more moderate drinking nights midweek.

Actually we don't. Oilers have 13, the Canucks have 15 and the Jets have 14.

EDIT: UCLA at USC Rivalry game is also on November 30 (college football). Time is TBA though.

May be a little far fetched but I have thisb theory I'd you look at the expansion map it would fit perfect If the panthers and lightning moved to Quebec City and the GTA

They wont, and yes, it is far fetched.
Anyway, I would really like to not see Vancouver for the home opener for once. Nothing like starting your season off on the wrong foot by having to endure the worst fans in hockey.
