Jones is big too, I didn't realize he had that much girth to him.

This whole scene is surreal. The room looks like a classroom from 1985. The players are dressed in flip flops.

What do you expect from a facility that was built in 1960 and hasn't exactly been shown a lot of love over the decades?

when both regehr's played for the flames they didn't use a first initial... mind you, they both would have been 'R' so i guess there wasn't really a need

I like how the Flames handled it with the Regehr's. Shouldn't need to put first initals to tell them apart. The numbers on the back should be enough.

That's not just a regular number, that's Gary Roberts' number. Gary was my favorite Flames

I was kind of hoping that Monohan would take 25, but that may be too much pressure.

We need an impact #19. No more Blair Jones, Chuck Kobasew, Oleg Saprykin or Jamal Mayers. It's a great player number.

The Flames are going back to No Country for small Men.
Baertschi and Backlund are going to have huge breakout years.
Backlund only had one year as a Flame BB (before Butler) when the Flames decided to follow Bouwmeester's lead and go passive and small.
He only had 21 games when the Flames actually had a centre that was hard to play against (Langkow).

It's 100% McMahon. I'm almost certain it's the Media Lounge in the Amateur Building (where the visiting team, mascot, refs and cheerleaders are located), but that whiteboard on the wall is throwing me off a bit. It might just be a new addition to facilitate the Flames' requirements for their meetings, etc.
Either way, it's definitely McMahon.

Weird numbers. Are those what they wore before?
I know Knight wore #10 in college.
