Just another reason to dislike Cooke that Canuck goal they showed vs the Flames.

Why are these games starting at 8p and not 7?

Due to offence not defense.
You need to start watching more Penguins games then. He's much better than Subban defensively.

And yes he can become a liability because of his offensive efforts without a doubt. 16 points in 13 games is tied for the lead with Malkin for the team lead. Obviously you're often going to be a defensive liability at times when the team expects you to be a major difference maker offensively.

Disagree, they're both gong shows. Watched plenty of Pens games, thanks.

Now you're just making excuses for him.

You gotta love the Bruins' game though. Nothing seems to faze them. Even Vokoun looks really rattled, often out of position and making wild moves to make saves.

Boston is so composed.

Sorry, but you're dead wrong that Letang is Subban/Phaneuf level defensively. Please find one expert that agrees with you that Letang is bad defensively; just one. You win the argument if you can do so.

Jarome Iginla will score the winner.

Can't believe I agree with PJ Stock. Iginla is a nonfactor completely. Slow, bobbles the puck, and generally looks in over his head.

Other than a very questionable penalty and that bad pass on the powerplay, Iginla hasn't done anything to get benched, but Bylsma usually leans on the top 2 lines in overtime. He better not try to stick with that strategy if this goes much longer.

Maybe he's gassed? Too much hockey this season in such a short period of time.

I didnt see that, but I agree. Everything is dying on his stick when hes even fast enough to receive the pass.

They are, but Rask some some serious horseshoes up his *** this game. Posts, pucks off his pads when he doesn't see it, Pens shooting wide or flubbing their chances is making him look even better.

I think Morrow kind of sucks. He can't clear the zone and turns over the puck constantly, from what I've seen.

What? lol Find one expert that thinks Letang is great in his own end! What an odd thing to say. I'm not trying to win an argument, I'm stating what I see. I don't base what I watch on what others think. The only quotes from experts you've found is teammates.

This isn't about "winning arguments" grow up.

Wow Iggy has zero shots this game, that's crazy with all the chances he's had in slot tonight.

There are plenty of articles out there that support Letang as being a great defensive player beyond just the quotes I posted. That along with winning that best defensive player trophy go towards him being a lot better than the bad defensive player you claim he is. Just because you watch a few games and say he's a poor player defensively does not mean it's true. You are of course entitled to your opinion, but it's off the mark on this one.
