What's the rule on getting your stick on the pick. In my mind where it was kicked in the goal by Fucale it should count.

However, I don't know the actual wording of the rule. Anyone know what it is?

Just because I disagree with your opinion doesn't mean I'm simply trying to oppose a certain post. Outside of the EJ trade I fail to see how they've made a list of dumb decisions, the Varlamov deal was risky at the time but seems to have worked out for them nicely.

He used his hand to direct the puck into the net. It matters not that it hit the goaltender on the way in he has to touch it with his stick before it goes in.

67.6 Disallowed Goal - A goal cannot be scored by an attacking player
who bats or directs the puck with his hand into the net. A goal cannot
be scored by an attacking player who bats or directs the puck and it is
deflected into the net off any player, goalkeeper or official. When the
puck enters the net on a clear deflection off a glove, the goal shall be
allowed.

Ok. After reading the rules on kicking, the no goal was the right call.

What's with the argument that the Flames don't finish 25th if the Avs don't match? If they didn't, then RoR is a Jacket, not a Flame. So the result is the same.

The only way it has worked out was him helping them get the 1st overall pick. In terms of actual play he has been awful.

Should be an interesting 3rd period. After so many upsets at this tournament lately it is good to see the top 2 teams in the finals.
