Brad Boyes always looks so out of his element on the top line. The Islanders were stupid for letting go of Parenteau

Somewhat upset the Isles aren't at least trying to make a game of it. Not much they can do but last evenings games were quite exciting because they were all so close. This... well not so close.

The Penguins are so good. Iggy's looking pretty good out there.

If I followed my dad's lead I would have been a Flyers and Hawks fan...that wouldn't be a bad combination

Haha yeap.
My Dad was a Flames fan, so I became a Flames fan...and other than '86, '89 and 2004, it's been a whole pile of misery.
As a Penguins fan I would have been subjected to Lemieux/Jagr/Crosby/Malkin, three Stanley Cups and a whole lot more contending years than crap years.
Ah well, could be worse I guess.....my dad could have been a Leafs or Canucks fan.

The Reasoner hit didn't look knee on knee to me. Looked like a trip to me. Terrible commentary.

Call it what you want, it was a dirty play. 5 minutes and a game.

What a disastrous game. Oh well, it's just one. I don't think the Isles have a chance of winning the series, but hopefully now that the Isles have a taste of the playoffs they can at least compete for the rest of the series.

Yeah, I decided to look at it again (was only really half watching the game) and it wasn't nearly as bad as it seemed initially.

Lol, Cooke gets more bs calls against him than any player I've ever seen. Cross he bears for his past though I guess, get used to it after awhile
