You had to have eaten paint chips as a kid.
You just came across as moronic in front of your peers. Kudos well done

Yeah, nothing like revisionist history... This trade was made with JayBo playing well. Your hypothetical makes zero sense

In order to "be building something special™" you have to dump all over your expensive defenceman, then demote him to the AHL until his expensive contract expires and get nothing for him at all.

Haha. Ya, right. Old, broken Regehr gets 2x 2nds and Bouwmeester with another year (non-rental) goes for a protected 1st and a couple of 'Feaster specials'.
Feaster, god dammit.

actually he will. I remember that he informed his Swiss team some time ago that he will leave Biel in order to go to NA this summer.
EDIT: here, I found it, but it's in German
Quote:
|
loosely translates to "Reto Berra has informed EHC Biel some time ago that he wants the opportunity to leave the club to go to North America after this season. Biel accepts his wish and thanks Reto for his hard work during the last 4 seasons."

I'm officially expecting a conditional 7th for Kipper.
It's so frustrating to see a quality trading GM like Burke without a job while Feaster trades everything for nothing.

In 69 games played in his rookie season, Cundari had 10 goals and 30 points with a plus-6 rating.
He was limited to 48 games in 2011-12 but showed the consistencies in his game. This season, Cundari leads all Rivermen defensemen in points, with three goals and 20 points in 39 games. With the departure of Ian Cole, Cundari has stepped up in a big way for the Rivermen, and will continue to log the big-minutes in the AHL.
Awesome!

why not?
Bouwmeester has struggled since day 1 here in Calgary. His offensive numbers are better this year, but his front net presence is still awful and he's not a #1 d-man on a good team.

Well I'm happy getting Cundari as part of this. Love seeing my Spitfires playing in Calgary.

Calgary did not keep any of Bouwmeester's salary. All to St. Louis

This is unbelievable. WTF is Feaster is doing??? He's literally burning this team into the ground wasting away opportunities to get better value! Holy good god.

seen Cundari play alot with Windsor, average player on a good team. Played with Nemisz, same thing with him, drafted higher then they should have been only cause of the team they where on. Could be a 5-7 d man, but lacks size and speed.

Cundari is good. I know everyone is raging because he's short.. but he's fairly physical. Kinda of like the Trevor Dailey in terms of his size.

I guess thats the key and a directive from the management not to eat any salary and it obviously influenced his trade value.
Hold onto your hats gentlemen, the ride is only starting.
