Makes sense. If the owners want a new arena, they're going to get it after the fans burn down the Dome.

My guess is Feaster did what he does best, what he seemed to do with Butler. Get's so focused on one player and can't see around it. I think the loved this Russian kid, the Bruins knew it and took advantage.

It's like some posters think Feaster sits at a big desk by himself all day with food stains on his mouth and clothes, flipping coins about whether or not to take trades.

Pick another team, you won't be missed.

I PRAY Spector is right.

Hopefully Feaster and the Flames read the feedback on this deal as it exists tonight and calls it all off before it's too late.

I know that isn't going to happen, I'm just venting.

A had a feeling that Feaster , Ken King and ownership would lose in a trade against Chiarelli but this is ridiculous. How does Douglas Murray get more than Iggy. I have no doubt Clowe will get more than Iggy.

It looks like ownership once again needs Iggy to bail them out. First Iggy had to do whats best for the flames and ask for a trade because ownership was scared, now they need him to re-sign with Boston so they don't get raped. Is there a mouse in the attic of Edwards home that he needs Iggy to take care of because he is to scared?

Settle down, folks. Last I checked, nothing is officially confirmed yet. There's gotta be more to this deal than what's currently being rumored.

Even past his prime, Iginla is a better player than Morrow, a player who is also past his prime, even more so than Iginla.

I think the first is the most important part of the deal - frankly I don't care too much if it is this year or next - but it has to be in there.
The conditional thing is a disturbing twist.

I'm sure Hartley and the players are going to be loving life having to do all the post game media work if the Flames don't announce anything.

Man , Calgary is going to burn to the ground when Boston trades Iginla to La for Bernier, Toffoli and a 2nd.

Please god let us all be over reacting idiots.

I hope the condition is something so rare that it's pretty much a guaranteed first round pick.
