I disagree. Firmly.

We certainly have a great support crew, they need to play with heart. We need 2 players that can rip the league up and down, and then we'd win the cup. (Pittsburgh) In 5 years, We'll have Baertschi, Gaudreau, Gillies, Ramo, Jankowski, Wotherspoon, all fully developed NHL players. That's not even including the pay we'll get for Iginla if he's traded. Or Kipper, for that matter.

Loyalty is for the team first, not any one player. You're doing it wrong.

I care for the team. I'll be sad to see Iggy go, but I care about the team more than I do about him. This team needs to move on

I don't see how its not being loyal letting him go. You can still cheer for him even if he leaves its not like hes going off to join the North Korean league or something.

I think he/she is entitled to do whatever they want.

For Christ's sake. I wish people around here would stop telling others how they are supposed to cheer for this team.

Why Montreal? They'll have problems getting out of the first round in my opinion.

Don't think they're a power house at all.

Celebrating a rebuild??? Most fans I would suggest are not happy to see the Flames come to ths point. It's a low point for Flames fans and management.

Zamler is the hockey god. He's the one that's been screwing the Flames! And now he's here to tell us how to cheer for our team!

Considering what the Flames are asking for Iginla, it wouldn't make sense to trade for him unless you ACTUALLY believe he puts you over the top.

Wow some of you are really losing it. I get the emotional attachment, we all do. But you can never, ever put a player above the good of the team.

And I'm saying you can place both at number 1.

1. Flames & Iginla or Iginla & Flames.
