Not a player, but I liked Mike Keenan. Best coach the Flames have had after Darryl Sutter. I would have given him at least one more year. I still get a kick out of the callers on overtime (and Stienberg) who would say that Keenan had no system. Ya, OK the second winningest coach of all time had no system.

Sutter should have fired all of his assistants and let "Iron Mike" bring in his own guys. Stephan Matteau, Brian Noonan and whoever else he wanted.

Keenan, Phaneuf, Bertuzzi. The bad boys of the NHL. I loved it.
