I will give it to 10:30, if I can't get the download started by then I will try tomorrow morning before I go to work, which means I won't have the region set up until tomorrow evening.
So no, I did not get in. I have the limited edition and it is grayed out for me, same as you all. Sorry guys.

1. Log in to the Origin gaming application.
2. Navigate to the gear icon and select "Redeem Product Code."
3. Enter the code from your email and select "Next" to download Plumbob Park.
4. Click on SimCity™ to start playing.
5. Select the "Parks and Culture" button to choose Plumbob Park.
this was from my email, is this only done once I download the actual game?

So someone on another forum is saying that the unlocks are in sequence of the day you pre-ordered, though I'm thinking that can't be right (though they apparently did that with SWTOR).
