Burrows should be suspended for trying something that dumb in a shoot out.

Hall's not a dirty player. He does go all out and crossed the line there. I'm predicting one game, two max.

No worse than Hansen clocking Hossa in the back of the head with his elbow. Based on that, 1 game.

I ddn't think it was as bad as some people are saying - I thought he made contact with the hip, not with his knee stuck out like they were suggesting on the FAN.

However, Clutterbuck didn't have the puck, and was vulnerable. No need for the hit and it was definitely dangerous.

I would guess that, as a first time offender, he gets two games.

That was my thought too the first dozen or so times watching it. It just looked like a hip check that didn't hit square.

However, around the 50-52 second mark, you can see Hall's knee makes contact, spearing into Clutterbuck's knee, just milliseconds before his hip makes contact.

I don't think it was intentional (a la Marchment)

I think you're right. If you have to slow it right down to the millisecond to tell, it probably isn't intentional (knee on knee), just sloppy.

I do think he meant to hit a player that was not involved in the play though (interference), and that player was injured because of it. It's not that unlike the Glencross hit on Drury a couple of seasons ago in that respect.

First time, didn't intent to get his knee out. 1 game, I would be surprised if it is more.

That seems fair. No history of being a dirty player, but that was a dirty hit.

He seems like a pretty stand up guy though, so I'm sure he'll learn from it.

Looks like Ryan Clowe of the Sharks is gonna be tagged for leaving the bench to protect Pavelski from an Andrew Shaw Boarding...NHL has offered the "in person" hearing that usually means multiple games are being considered.

Patyourheaddy getting a call for a cheap, cheap hit on mcdonough. Mcdonough hits him a shift prior.

A game or two, but these little guys better start getting more games or remove the instigator and let them e accountable that way.

Two games more for Perry than I thought he would get. Good on the league for not going light on a star player.
