Not so sure on that. I think if Irving was playing next game Hartley would have pulled him after that awful 4th goal in the 3rd.

With the injuries, a win in Vancouver was pretty dammed unlikely.
Four of six points on the road ain't bad.

I also think fatigue played a part in this game. the Flames seemed to run out of gasl after the first period. Overall i think it was a sucessful road trip.

Bring up Horak.
Keep Street up.
Put Glencross in the press box for at least 2 games.

Irving should play tomorrow but if things don't improve for him after monday's game, I'd at least think about giving Taylor a start assuming Kipper isn't ready to come back.

Scoring Winger

at the beginning of the 3 game road trip 98% of the members here would have been happy with 4 out of 6 points. they were horrible but still got 4 of 6. get over it

Street was good in the 1st, after that he seemed lost.
i would waive Comeau
bring up Horak and Byron
Glencross off the 1st line.

Why? Glencross is solid 2nd liner...you put him on the 1st line only make his game worse. BTW, the first line is a broken line anyway

I went to the game and didn't think the Flames played as bad as the score indicated.
I thought we outplayed them for much of the 1st and the 3rd period, Vancouver had 5 power plays, much of which were borderline awful calls, to our 2. On the third goal, which I think was Bieksa's, Burrows' dive right in front of the net was pitiful.
Irving wasn't good, he looks jumpy and kind of out of control.
Brodie was good and made very good decisions and outlet passes all night.
2-1 on a three game road trip, I'll take it.
Next up the Minnesota Wild.

When is Iginla going to show up against the best team in the Division? The Canucks shut him down like no other team.
