The fact that you've always seemed almost happy when Kipper struggles disgusts me.

I'm trying to look for positives about Comeau but when I say "yesss he actually got the puck out", something's amiss. The dude has worse puck skills than me and I'm horrid.

I would rather they bring up horak or Byron than let comeau play top 9. Hope Backlund and Cammi are back for Saturday.

I think you are missing the point, the stats speak for themselves. Irving has a .914 save % (27th) while Kipper is 53rd with .870.

.870 is really bad, really really bad. There are 10 goalies worse than him and 52 that have been better so far.

This season, sure. SebC hasn't been a kipper supporter for a while.

Useless, as in how many shots the goalie stops? Yeah lets not talk about that, it's frikin taboo to talk about the reality of Kipper's play this year because he is the patron saint of the Flames. He has a worse sv% than any other starting goalie this year, which is some how irrelevant to you I guess. This isn't to say Kiprusoff is garbage and can never regain form, but ignoring it is moronic.

Nice line adjustments by Hartley to get his group going, and with any luck at all the Flames win comfortably in regulation. Brodie & Wideman were great again and Backlund was strong once he was centering the Czech's.

One game! 4 periods total with Detroit and today. I like Irving but your going to throw out 1 game stats against the body of work Kipper has had?

3 wins, 5 losses.

Flames have also generated 10 points for the opposition, 8 points for themselves.

I've watched every game. If Kipper had even give us average goaltending, we'd be 3 games above .500 now

Can't we just be happy that a flames goalie recorded a win...and his name didn't have to be Kiprusoff...already... in the 8th game of the season
