The issues around the wearing of a kirpan are pretty complicated and have been argued at every level of the justice system. I don't have a problem with people disagreeing when they're fully informed, but most people don't meet that threshold.

Especially since the Sikhs aren't a race. And technically, you could make reasonable arguments for and against multiculturalism.

Fair enough but playing the race card over that?
Seems ridiculous.

I am a white Jew, and I would wear a turban if it was socially acceptable.
They look so regal and awesome.
Also Sikh's are the most hilariously self deprecating people you could ever meet. My favorite people to do business with.

If I'm an American, can I take my ceremonial AR-15 into court with me, and then call you a racist when you say no?

I'm of the opinion that for me to think you are a racist, would involve you displaying a real hate towards a race.
If someone makes a racist joke, I won't automatically consider them a racist either.

The kids of today give me much more hope for the future than my generation does (I am over 50 years old).
I think Ralph Klein was a terrible Premier for Alberta and we are still paying for his decisions.
I think we should go back to financing the political system through money per vote rather than political donations.
Hockey has become so over-hyped that I no longer enjoy watching it.

-Baseball is, without a doubt, the least entertaining sporting event broadcast on television today not named the NBA (or WNBA), yet the game has this arrogance about it as if it is one of the greatest things ever invented.
-Nirvana is the 4th greatest band to come out of late 80's early 90's Seattle 'grunge' scene. (that doesn't mean they sucked).
-Mr. Mastadon Farm has great taste in movies
-I can't stand The Simpsons.

I guess it depends on the argument, but yeah as an isolated statement it's hard to really call it racist.

Not sure how this will be recieved;
-Can the rest of Canada (B.C) wake up and allow us to export our oil, sick of hearing all this BS about the environment. Don't get me wrong, I love spending time outdoors and in the mountains but these armchair hippies need to get a clue.
-CFL sucks, I mean really, could the end-zone and the football be any bigger

Which 3 do you rank ahead? Pearl Jam, Soundgarden, Alice in Chains, Mudhoney?

Call of Duty, while having a couple of poor titles, is the best FPS series.
The best FPS game of all time is Medal of Honour: Spearhead.

First 3. Some other great bands that didn't have the advantages that those 4 bands got might have wound up in that group as well. Gruntruck being one of them...Ben McMillan was something. I also include Mother Love Bone as part of Pearl Jam, and they may have been the greatest of them all.
In the end, I still love Alice the best I think.
