The 2008-2009 Flames were the best Calgary team in the past 2 decades. If it weren't for a ridiculous string of injuries down the stretch, that team had a legit shot at a Cup.
And other than his baffling refusal to practice the power play, Mike Keenan was the perfect coach for that team.

Bertuzzied, I don't live in Edmonton.

Good call. You might want to lose that Oiler fan schtick also.

I do not know of a web browser named hockey but if there was I would capitalize it unless they had a stylized named that didn't capitalize the first letter.

I agree. I'm not sure you have read my explanations carefully. If you have read them, go back and reread. You're confusing the word's usage.

-I like communism
-Disease is a good thing to keep the world's population under control
-Prisoners who commit horrible crimes (child molesters, serial killers, etc) should be subject to torture and inhumane conditions
-Some people deserve what happens to them
-People who are too afraid to take control of their lives and make the necessary changes to better themselves aren't worth dealing with
-Drug addicts don't have a disease. That's something people say simply to justify to continue helping them.
-Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and all forms of social media are stupid and will one day become the downfall of the information age
-Racist jokes are funny
-The Catholic church is the most hypocritical and corrupt organization in the history of humanity
-All the talk about how ''children are the future'' and all the emphasis we put on putting them first, is stupid

Well... I have learned so much about people in this thread.
I don't know if I'll ever be able to think about CP in a good light again. Specifically, there are a sizeable chunk of thinly veiled racists on this board.

You are surprised by this? There's plenty of racism and misogyny all the time on here, it's not like this is something new. Plenty of reasonable people as well, but the idiots are usually also attention whores as well, so they stand out.

EDIT - Besides, I think there's a difference between jokingly saying "I hate all white people" and someone saying "multiculturalism is bad" or "Sikhs shouldn't be allowed to wear their ceremonial dagger".

I don't see how thinking someone shouldn't be allowed to wear a weapon in court is racist?
