poor Phaneuf...after SA made his infamous sloppies quip to the media, Dion was probably thinking to himself "hey wait a minute...now that I think about it, it kinda does feel Avery-shaped in there now. damn you physics!!"
I think we got away from the core issue in all of this. Women who have been with lots of men are undesirable. Men who have been with lots of women are. It's a double standard. It's unfair. But that doesn't matter. It is how it is.
I don't think anyone has said men become more desirable if they have sex with more women. Speaking as a woman, I'm pretty sure the opposite is more prevalent.
And I don't think anyone is questioning your position on the moral character of women.
It's your bizarre ideas about vaginal size.
Quote:
Whether or not I'm right about vaginal expansion (I think I am, but a lot of experiments conducted by female doctors who like the d suggest otherwise),
See when it comes to physical attractiveness and initial attraction; most men look at height, eyes, hair, overall form, boobs, butts, etc.
For men who are so fixated on the vagina... well you have to be pretty committed before you can rule someone out on that basis.
If you had a daughter would you be happy with her sleeping around with so many guys that she starts to lose count?
That would need to be followed up with "If you had a son, would you be happy with him sleeping around with so many girls that he starts to lose count?" if you wish to see a difference in gender perception.
I don't know about you, but my response to the two situations would likely be the same.

Nope. I would discourage promiscuity in my children be they male or female.
I hope that I will raise my daughter to be a strong, self thinking women, that is proud, and not ashamed of her body.
She will be educated and aware of sex, both the good and the bad.
I will also raise her to stay away from misogynistic D-bags, that treat women like things that should be "thrown on the garbage pile".
I am sure that repression is the better option thou.......
I will also treat my son the same way.
Repression? If saying people who sleep around are immoral and disgraceful then yeah, I guess so. I wouldn't keep them from learning about sex and their bodies. All I would say is hey sweetie, do you think maybe by the time high schools over you could try avoid having every boy in the school knowing what you look like naked? That'd be great.

So she can have all the sex she wants with the blind kids?

I never took a stand on whether or not I encourage or discourage. I you re-read my post, I left that intentionally ambiguous (and leaving it as just "I would treat both gender children the same") as it's irrelevant to the discussion. If you must know, I am a generally laid back type of person as long as logical, rational, and competently through through opinions are made - if you are aware of the actions and consequences, and as long as you accept them, I will let you go. If something goes wrong, it's your cross to bear, so to speak. By the time you can provide consent, I would expect the child to be a capable, mature adult.
However, this detracts from what I was emphasizing: that for complete fairness in the argument you're trying make with that question, two questions, not just the one you asked, need to be used and a difference needs to exist.

Ah ok I see what you were saying now. When I first read it I took it as you calling me misogynistic and insinuating that I would treat a boy differently. I've been improperly labelled as being anti-female in this thread so many times that it all starts to look the same when I read it.
I'm kind of confused by the bolded part still though.

The implication I read from your post is that men and women, when you look at their sexual activity, are treated differently. When you question undercoverbrother, you ask him if he'd be fine with his daughter if she slept with many men. I think the problem with asking that (which I don't articulate well) is that the factor in such a question could be more due to the parent-child relationship more than a gender perception difference and that the second question would be needed to test that.
In order for the statement you suggest elsewhere to make sense in that question, you'd need to see a difference between how the son and daughter would (hypothetically) be treated, or else it could be either an overriding "parent" factor, or that the perception does not exist.

That's not what he said at all and you know it. You are using extreme and nearly impossible examples to make a point you never had.
For clarification, why don't you finally answer two questions you have avoided to this point. Than we can debate properly. Maybe you do have a point.
What number of partners do find acceptable for your woman?
And, does a vagina also loosen from use from a single committed partner. It would seeu to me, MR. Physics, that use is use. Clear this up for me.
I think I jinxed myself by laughing at jhunt too much in this thread. Not only did my girl initiate "the number talk" yesterday, but her number is waaaay higher than I was expecting. I don't think any less of her and can say with certainty that there's no truth to jhunt's theory about it stretching from frequent use, but I have to admit that I'd prefer that she be a little further from triple digits. Or that I be a little closer to triple digits. Either way would work for me.
I was out with one of my friends who fell victim to vaginal expansion again last night. This is a guy who has a decent job and is well educated (bachelors degree). I brought this up reluctantly again last night and he said something along the lines of: "I still love her and it doesn't bother me, but after the fling she had while we were apart she was just simply "different" down there and has never been the same since."
How do you know it was some other guy and not just an oversized self pleasuring tool?
And when he was discussing this with his buddies I bet she was telling her friends that his palms seem different compared to what they were like before their break.

The thing you should really be worried about is that women usually say a number that is about one third of her real number. Conversely, men say a number that is about 3 times higher than his real number.
