I'd highly doubt that. Kelley has been quoted as saying that you shouldn't expect him to bring the Oregon offense to the NFL, and that he plans on adapting his system to fit the personnel he has.

Kelly wherever he goes is going to need a QB. Lets be real, none of the jobs out there have anything that resembles a good QB. Vick, love him or hate him, is still pretty much the best option out there right now. I actually really hope Vick and Kelly end up in Buffalo. Kelly with Vick and CJ Spiller could be electric.

No but he also has something Luck doesn't and that is the 3rd leading rusher in the league in Lynch. Much like RG3, having a capable RB when you are a mobile QB opens up the possibilities.
Agree to disagree because we could round and round with this for some time.

Scuttlebut that the Browns will make Kelly an offer he can't refuse if the interview goes well. Not sure if that's the best idea for the Browns, would depend on who else Kelly brings with him. Lovey Smith and Ken Whisenhut both are being rumored as guys the Bills are looking at.

Vick played the last three years with LeSean McCoy, and I'd call it far from electric. Granted, he did have Andy Reid and an abysmal offensive line, but I don't think Buffalo's line is worlds above Philly's, and their WRs are worse.

Cutler and Rivers are both better than Vick and all three certainly "resemble a good QB". Other than that you're correct, the Browns, Bills, Chiefs and Cardinals are hurting at QB.

Jets coach Rex Ryan, who is on vacation in the Bahamas, was photographed poolside by the New York Daily News with a tattoo of what appears to be his wife Michelle wearing a green No. 6 jersey that belongs to Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez.
To add some additional intrigue, the woman on the tattoo has a pose that resembles the crouch used by Jets backup quarterback Tim Tebow.

Please god let there be a picture on the internet of that.
edit: why would I even question that?
That's not Tebowing, more of a pinup pose, but it's definitely a number 6 haha.

They might target a guy like Matt Flynn who's a West coast system QB. I'm sure he'll be pretty active with the Chiefs roster. The one question that keeps popping up is what is he going to do with the defence? Hali, Johnson and the secondary guys like Albert, and Berry can play 4-3 or 3-4. But a guy like Justin Houston is a true 3-4 edge rusher. Of course in today's NFL, teams are seldom in their base defence anymore. But all those high priced lineman are 3-4 guys so there could be some roster moves there.

Reid generally stays out of the defensive side of things, so it'll really depend on who he hires as the coordinator. I hear Juan Castillo is looking for work...

Reid reportedly is going to hire Castillo for his old gig, OL coach, in KC. Guess he isn't looking for work anymore.

Could you imagine how much it would suck for Philly fans to get rid of Reid only to then be saddled with Vick even though Reid left? I think Kelly is being wildly overrated as a NFL HC but I can't think he is stupid enough to want to have Mike Vick throw awful passes and give the other team the ball every other series.

Vick is crap. He had a decent run to start the season two years ago but was still overall crap when it came to throwing the ball and reading defenses.
He is a big downgrade in SD and Chicago, worse than Fitzpatrick and probably on par with the crap that is in Arizona, Cleveland and KC.

Rumor mill is going crazy about who Reid is going to fill out his staff with. Schumur as OC, Castillo as OL coach, Childress as QB coach?
Talk about throwbacks.

I know you Philly fans hate Castilla, frick you guys hate everything when it goes bad, but you can go back to him moving away from O-Line coach as to when that offence really started to fall apart. Castilla actually was learning as a DC, but he always had issues making in game adjustments. After switching to Todd Bowles their defence was horrid.
Every coach tends to go back to the guys he knows and has worked with in the past, and Reid has been around for a long time, and has a long list of assiciates from which he can pick. At least those are guys who've had some success in the NFL without Tom Brady, which is what us Chief fans have dealt with for the past few years.
Philly fans had it pretty good for a lot of years, things went bad the past couple as ownership started putting more pressure on them to deliver a Superbowl. I think Reid can get things back upwards in KC in time, but he might not be able to deliver the ultimate goal. For a team who's only won two playoff games since like 1984...I'd be ecsatic to win a single game in the post season and get away from these 4-12 or 2-14 seasons. It's been since Dick Vermeil that we had a coach or GM/coach tandem who took the QB position seriously.

He also had two high-priced corners who refused to tackle and had to adopt the wide-9, which he wasn't familiar with and his LBs hated. He also had notorious dickheads, Jim Washburn and Jason Babin, continually undermining him in front of his players.
