I think Wilson could be star calibre too, and Tannehill could be a solid starter.

I think a lot of the league's QB void is a result of Years 2006 to 2010, not yielding much for QB's. Jay Cutler, Matt Ryan, Josh Freeman, Sam Bradford are pretty much the only starters that you can pencil in as having starting jobs next year.

He has by far the best supporting cast, no way he's better than RG3 or Luck. Put him on the Colts/Redskins instead of RG3/Luck and they're not in the playoffs.

I wouldn't say he has by far the best supporting class. Washington is a pretty good team, lest we forget Kirk Cousins coming in and throwing for 300 yards. Wilson has played a more difficult schedule than either RGIII or Luck, so while he may have a better team around him, he's played a harder schedule than either the Skins or Colts. I think Wilson would make the Skins a playoff team, and maybe even the same with the Colts. Playing a last place schedule is what really helped the Skins and Colts.

And I don't know how many people go to FootballOutsiders.com, but I really like their analysis. Anyways they have Wilson ranked as best rookie QB ever ahead of Matt Ryan's 2008 year. In fact Andrew Luck is ranked far behind both RWIII and RGIII.

I have to say I'm a little surprised by the recent news of Andy Reid going to KC. I'm not sure how I feel about that. Lots of success in Philly. However, and I could be way off on this, I kind of got the feeling that he was getting burnt out. Lots of personal stuff with him recently. Maybe a change of scenery will do him some good. Hopefully he can help the Chiefs draft a decent QB.

According to the KC Star, the Cleveland Plain Dealer reported today that Reid would bring former Browns GM Tom Heckert with him to KC. I find that a little odd since the same article said Pioli was present for the interview of Reid in Philly with Hunt. Very bizarre.

I wouldn't say he is better, I would say the team around him is better.

Not taking anything away from Wilson but to say he is better then the guy who set the NFL Rookie Passing record and the other guy who set the NFL QB rushing record is kind of a stretch.

If you're going with the records card, Wilson tied that guy Peyton Manning (I heard he's good!) for passing TDs for a rookie. So to me saying a guy who throws for the yardage record or a guy who runs for the rushing record is better QB than the one who produced the TD record is the biggest stretch. Luck and RGIII have played very well, no doubt. But this season Russell Wilson has simply been better. I still think Luck is going to be by far the best of the three, but Wilson was the best this year.

I know because they keep pretty quiet that everyone usually forgets about how much they truly suck, but the Bidwills are in the running for most incompetent/####tiest owners in the league.

The guy was clutch when it counted this year. I think they will give rookie of the year to RGIII. Luck IMO is the best. Seattle's defense is way better then Indy's as well. Colts gave up 352 yards rushing to the CHIEFS which was an NFL record to give up and still win a game.

Not to take anything away from Luck who I think is a top 5 MVP candidate...but Curtis Painter could have won a game against this years Chiefs.

This 2012 draft will be an outlier as two mega star QB's with the chance of another star calibre one doesn't occur often.

Oh the Chiefs. Best 2-14 team ever (3 more Pro Bowlers then they had wins!). Anyways I mean I'm not taking anything away from Luck, and as I said he will be the best of this class, but based on this season Wilson was better to me. Luck's downfall is too many picks plus poor performaces in his two biggest games (at NE, at Houston). The interceptions will go down, the growth with the young weapons will continue and their defense will improve which always helps. For this year, Wilson was just awesome. Clutch, limits the mistakes and makes the throws when everyone said at 5'11 he couldn't. Plus for having a better team around him, Wilson doesn't have Reggie Wayne or anyone close. Reggie really carried them early in the season.

Chiefs will probably have 7 guys play in the pro bowl as Brandon Flowers and Justin Houston are first alternates at their positions. Which would show how much of a fraud that game is. I guess the selection committee figured these guys needed a free trip to Hawaii after the year they had.

I almost peed my pants reading that. Clark Hunt must have really liked Pioli as a person, cause if anyone has deserved to get fired and humiliated it is Scott Pioli. Upon arriving in KC he said that he could win 2 games with 20 guys off the street. After four full seasons in KC he won 2 games with 5 pro bowlers. Not to mention that it was the worst season in the franchises 53 years of existence. I can't see anyone giving that man a job outside of the New England Patriots.

On Thursday, as part of Mike Missanelli’s Football Roundtable on 97.5 The Fanatic, former Eagles linebacker Jeremiah Trotter called out ex-coach Andy Reid over his in-game coaching abilities, saying that he was often out-coached in big games.

"If it came down to both teams were even, talent-wise, I think the opponent's team would win if it came down to coaching," Trotter told Missanelli and ESPN's Sal Paolantonio.

"Andy Reid got out-coached in a lot of games, man, a lot of big games," Trotter continued. "Time outs, running the football, you know."

His play-calling decisions also affected the psyche of the defensive players and coaches, according to Trotter.

"As a defense, we understood we passed the ball too much. You know, there's times we're sitting over there like, 'Man, listen. Just get us a couple of first downs so we can get a break.' And I'm sure it frustrated Jim Johnson also."

Andy Reid has reached an agreement to become the next coach of the Kansas City Chiefs, according to league sources. The contract is now being reviewed by attorneys and is expected to be finalized Friday.

EDIT: Eagles host the Chiefs next year. Should be an interesting game. I wonder if Andy brings Vick to KC with him.

I think Vick's likely destination is tied to wherever Chip Kelly ends up. So he could end up staying in Philly ironically.
