Winning going into 3rd... Dominating and get quit on when I was asked to play.

They initiated, they clearly had time to play...

in any other league you get removed for that crap...(theres a wait list of guys who wouldnt take the spot for granted.)

Who wants to play with someone who suddenly has something "come up" and message you "gtg bye" when they are getting beat.

If youre not ready to play your games or you dont think you can compete, go practice.

If youre losing... take your lumps.

im not mentioning who they are but I think im afforded the right to atleast make this post.

That was my brother, sorry about that. I knew that neither of us wouldn't have time till later. He wanted to play one for me. Told him not to start a game, but he didn't listen.

Has anyone had problems with nhl13 freezing during gameplay? I'm starting to think my ps3 slim is a bit flakey, it happened a lot with nhl12 as well

Dude... Fine... I will play along to get along but at the end of the day this is your responsibility.

Any other league, you would be removed. To admit that someone else played for you, with or without your permission is a reason to be removed.

When I played spoke with jobo, he took the middle ground of saying that maybe something more important came up. Are there things in life more important? Absolutely.

What gets ignored is that I have a life too. @ 5 pm there on a Friday, its 4pm here. My wife is finishing work and wanting to do something on a Friday night. I tell her give me half an hour and then I will make us dinner and we will dip into the wine. But someone is asking me to play a game that not only do i love, but I take somewhat competitively. If thats a word.

Perhaps im rambling out of frustration... but as we say in the military, "Straighten yourself out".

i will let it go from here but the fact that no one sees this as a red flag is frustrating.

Yea.. I hear ya. I will try and keep that in mind going forward. Im just concerned about people taking advantage of "RL".

Sometimes theres another side to the coin when it comes to sacrificing time with Family to "play a game" that gets overlooked.

But yes, it is serious business for me. Hockey is my Religion. The Saddledome is my Church and the Flames are my Faith. Truly.
