Have you abused this privilege in the past? Mods may have taken it away.

It increases with age. Used to be able to get by with a one or two wiper. Now its usually 4 or 5. I'm tempted to go the wet ones route. I heard it's wonderful.

The best thing about having kids is no one ask why you have these in your crapper:

At first you think "Why would I ever use these silly things?". Then comes the morning after a night of heavy drinking/tacos...and it's like your whole philosophy on life changes.

No dice.

It's not really important. I just thought that it was something easy like I accidentally changed a setting or something.

We do have a witness, so hopefully that goes a long way, but what typically happens in a he-said/she-said type of case?

So where you at with this?

I had a job interview today and I just got an email asking for a code sample. They requested a 'vertical slice' of software. What does that mean? Does anyone know what I should send?

you should try using a Thai toilet. once you get past the weird new sensation, it's so much more refreshing, faster, and hygienic than toilet paper

I don't know about refreshing. When I was in Japan the first time I dropped a deuce I found myself sitting on a toilette that had control panels like the captain's chair on the Enterprise. I thought I had the flush button, and then the toilette sodomized me with a water phaser, full spread.

Yeah, that was my experience. Never pushed that button again. Oooo...still gives me nightmares.

Is this a feeble way to get thanks? It worked, because I thanked your post to show you that it works. Good job!

I work in the industry and have for many many years now and this is the first I've heard of the term.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vertical_slice

Looks like they just want some sample code that shows you can write code for all layers of an application (data access, business logic and presentation).
