I don't agree, but where does punctuation and capitalization fall in the spectrum of importance here? Just curious what grammar nazis think about punctuation errors and sentence fragments.

It most definitely is sociopathic, there are a lot of people like this in our society.
A guy once pulled a U-turn on a highway where he shouldn't have and nearly killed me, I honked as I was about to smash into him while sliding sideways to avoid his car and he followed me back to my neighborhood clearly wanting to attack me with his buddy in his car to help him out. There are a lot of people who are so trapped in their own world they have zero consideration for how their actions effect others. (I drove into the parking lot of the cop shop and they left).

In the CP power ring forum there was a post titled "realtor looking to earn your business"
It was some low commission realtor company and I called them about a year ago when I first saw the thread.
Gave them all my info discussed the property, was told they'd call me back with some information and a recommendation.
I never received a call, left a message but still nothing back.
The other day I noticed the thread was "bumped" by the original author. I had totally forgotten about it until seeing that thread. I was immediately annoyed that they never called back and I decided to add my own little bump stating that I never received a call back. The thread has suddenly (last two days?) been removed.
Not sure if that was an A-hole thing to or not? Let me know?

My personal favorite, whenever I go to some fast food place, or anywhere with self serve fountain pop, i take my straw from the straw holder, tear the end so i can keep the paper in shape, pull out the straw and then put the empty paper sheath back into the straw holder, but leave it sticking up an inch more than the rest so that the next person will be inclined to pick that one, but alas, no straw!!

I learned something new about myself this weekend. I enjoy flipping the "Do Not Disturb" signs on hotel doors over to the "Please Clean The Room" side.

^I wonder how big of a lawsuit the woman would have that was knowingly lied to about having safe sex and the emotional suffering by having an abortion.
I get my legal knowledge from Hollywood so I really have no idea what I am talking about.

The power of CPuck never ceases to amaze me. Since this thread started, I have noticed the A-hole driving habits have definately increased. Lot more left lane larry's happily driving the speed limit on Stoney is just one example.

Pretty damn close actually, and if you think that case wouldn't hold at least some precedent in something arising from the facts here you're completely out to lunch.

Couldn't you go after him based on endangerment?

I'm guessing they got the conviction for sexual assault on a lack of consent to the nature and quality of the act basis (S.265(3) via 273.1(1), specifically S.265(3)(c), "fraud"). She didn't consent to what she thought she was consenting to.
That dude's friend didn't do any assaulting. There was no contact of a sexual nature. He didn't have the sex. You might get him on a s.21 charging of aiding and abetting sexual assault, but I see this as a leap.
I think the most likely charge would be criminal neglience (s.219 - doing anything that shows wanton or reckless disregard for the lives or safety of other persons). Given that a potentially seriously harmful STI could be transmitted as a very probable result, you'd probably have a good case.
The only precedent the case you pointed to could establish is that the Court doesn't like it when you poke holes in condoms.

Went on a cruise and a couple of drunken nights I felt the need to change a bunch of the breakfast room service cards hanging from peoples door knobs...I really would have liked to see the guys face who wanted eggs benny and a side of bacon and got dry whole wheat toast and yogurt instead.
I did however draw the line at screwing over the people who were on their honeymoon...You're welcome whoever you were.

With the microwave at work, I'll stop the timer with a couple seconds left and then not reset it. I leave that for the next person.
Or, at the coffee machine at work... I replace the filter and turn the damn thing on, but lots of others do not. They'd rather go for an entire day with an empty pot of coffee than have to make a new pot themselves.

A couple times a year I'll add extra minutes on to the unattended popcorn pop. Quite the stank. Don't add too many extra though or you'll burn the place down.
