Just called Clean too Please 15 times in a row until I could get ahold of someone.
Turns out they are booking into July.
Their side of the story is only 100 coupons were supposed to be sold and 900 ended up selling. They have lawyers working on it for them. She said she has had people at her door at 5am threatening her and made a comment about rocks through windows (not sure if it happened or she said these were threats.) all of which the police are looking into.
She said family comes first as she has dis-abled children and 2 serious family matters, then repeat clients and then coupon clients.
Rough deal of the day for both the company and consumer.
I felt bad calling that many times after i heard the story however at least i finally know whats going on.
FYI doesnt sound like any refunds are being given and this is why the lawyers have got involved as they simply cant keep up with their 1500 repeat clients on top of the thousand or whatever it was coupons sold.

Just called Generations Chiropractic for a massage deal they had a few weeks ago. They're booked into July for weekday appointments and into November for weekend appointments. Yikes. You have to imagine these deal of the days are backfiring on some companies as they are offering a discounted rate for a long period of time, plus they're probably making regular clients upset.
Think if someone went to get a massage monthly on the weekend and then one day was told that they couldn't book for 6 months cause they're all booked up. I imagine that client goes elsewhere.

Back in September I bought three vouchers from New West Cleaning Services. I finally got around to calling them today and lo and behold they have gone out of business. I have left a message with Dealfind to have my money refunded. I think I am going to stay away from these types of deals. I'll stick with the restaurant ones from here on out me thinks.

It would be nice if you could keep us posted on whether/how easily they give you your money back, as that will help others decide whether these types of deals are worth the risk.

I've written off all these deals unless the coupon that's offered is by a national chain like Chapters. WAAAAY too risky. IMHO group deals have jumped the shark and Groupon were idiots for not taking Google's money.

No worries. I received a call back on the weekend but it came to my work number. Tried calling them again this morning and no one picked up again. Sent an email as well last week but no one has responded to that.
I'll keep you posted but I am hoping I can get its resolved ASAP... as in today.
Edit: Have been communicating with them through email. The money will be refunded. Wasn't too much of a pain but I would have prefered to talk with someone over the phone. I now await my refund and hope to see it back on my credit card in 5-10 business days (according to them).

I bought 5 vouchers to the New West Cleaning deal. I called a little over a month ago to book an appointment and found out their were out of business. I immediately called DealFind for a refund. It was painless and they refunded me right away.

I had an appt scheduled for may 13th with jr contracting, they called me at the end of the day saying that one of their machines failed and they had to take it to the shop. They said they'd call me in a couple of hours to reschedule, but its now Tuesday and I still haven't heard from them.
