A strong-armed QB with an (alleged) attitude problem and the Raiders picking between now and #79 (#48)... I don't know.

I don't want Mallet, but Skeletor had a good draft last year so he's probably itching to get back to picking circus freaks rather than football players.

I hope I'm wrong and they go defense (specifically DL or DB) - maybe take a risk and get Bowers?

Stefen Wisniewski. Nothing wrong with bolstering the OL. Especially with the Raiders letting Gallery walk.

Cerebral (3.9GPA), tough and the offspring of Leo Wisniewski (who was freaking awesome)... a former Raaaaaiiiiiddddder.

Fins move up to 62 and draft Daniel Thomas, RB from Kansas State.

To trade up the Fins gave Washington their 3rd round pick(79th), 5th round pick(146), 7th round pick(217)

Saints bolster their front 7 by drafting Illinois LB Martez Wilson. Not sure if this draft could go any better for them at this point.

Mallet is either the next Leaf or Bledsoe, bit of a headscratcher today from the pats 2 rbs and a qb i really like Mallet but the rbs im pretty meh on. Dowling is a solid solid pick reminds me of Cromartie, but he has a brain and likes to tackle.

Happy with the Eagles' picks today. Having depth at safety is never a bad thing, and Jarret could take over for Mikell down the line.

yup...strange they would pass up on likely the best RB in the draft at the end of the first round, yet pick these 2 later on.
Wheres the defence?

One of ESPN's talking heads was on the radio yesterday and was wondering if the genious of Bilichik isnt starting to really over think things of late.

I get that he likes to acculumate picks, but next years 3rd rd pick isnt going to be able to run stuff Ladanian Tomlinson or cover Santonio Holmes.

At some point he needs to actually pick players.

I have a couple theories on the picks thus far.

One BB really didnt like this draft and with only 5 picks in 2012 the need for trading into it was more than ever before. I honestly believe that he just didnt like this draft class it was rumored to be one of the thinnest drafts in quite some time.

The big question mark here is free agency who knows what he has planned for that, also all of the young defenders get another year under their belts and that alone should improve the D. I also reallllly like cunningham and think hes gonna be a good player.

The best defense is a good offense, this draft should help brady stay on the field longer thus limiting the time spent by the D.

Theirs my 2 cents, after watching BB for so many years he will probably stay status quo and win a couple superbowls with these guys being huge contributors

The Eagles drafted a kicker in the 4th round....pretty unusual to take one that high I believe.

Also noticed they took Casey Matthews in the 4th....great bloodlines if nothing else.

Pats actually got a decent OL in Marcus Cannon in the 5th round. 6-5 358.

Really happy with the Cannon pick, he should be the starting RG in miami should his health check out which it sounds very possible.
