This is a difficult question for Duceppe... he has to tred lightly least he open himself up to accusations of either ethnocentrism or that he isn't standing up for cultural distinctiveness.

Unless he is referring to some secret plan that involves Paul Martin, duct tape, a chair, a one-way ticket to whitehorse and a roofie... it's pretty clear he's talking about a coalition.

You might like Harper; I get that. But you have to admit that he's an absolute hypocrite on this issue.

Sorry, but that is not an agreement to form a coalition. Layton and Dion actually signed such a document, Harper did not.
