I purchased a couple vouchers too and can't wait to try them out. I love Indian food and a couple buddies said the food there is great.

When did your friends go there? We used to eat there a couple times a month, but the food has gone downhill in the last year. I haven't eaten their food in about six months.

I never asked. They just said the food was great there so I bought a couple vouchers when I went home.

How as the food gone downhill in your opinion? Did they change management or something?

That Helicopter Tour sounds like a great idea. Could be lots of fun.

Is there a way to buy the deal for it without signing up for daily spam from living social?

I think for the most part, it was the food not being as fresh and the flavour diminished quite a bit. The dal started to became more of a puree.

They also tend to only have a very limited menu and stuff runs out relatively frequently. For example, they have two desserts that we really like: gulab jamun & kheer. It got to the point that by 6pm, there was only a 50% chance that they had even one of those.

I don't think that the management had changed, since it was the same people in the place. I just think they started to cut corners and either not prepare enough food or reuse it a day or two longer than they should.

Maybe they turned it around, but when the coupon came up, we didn't bother buying it even though we used to be regular customers.

I ate there about a few months ago. Didn't think it was great at all. That's why I never bought the voucher.

Yeah, the Esprit sale was pretty sweet. My wife picked up a couple things. I'm glad I was able to help out.

I typically clean my own car, so I've never actually purchased auto detailing services. The details on this one say it doesn't include taxes and gratuities.

Is auto detailing usually a service you tip on?

I've got my car professional detailed a bunch of times and have never tipped. The thought never even crossed my mind and I'm generally a generous tipper.

Very hot deal for iPhone 4 owners. Griffin Carbon look case, 3 screen protectors, and bluetooth headset for 20 + gst. Free shipping too from rogers. I have the screen protectors and case already, and paid about $50 for them at a rogers store. The case is very robust.
