I can pick out specific posts for you but it is pretty clear that there are negative comments about posters from both sides.

I must have missed them. I think most of the responses have simply been saying it's fine not to like them but it was a positive move for the NHL to go with a younger, more relevant band. And then it's just degenerated into a basic music argument.

You know who was bad? Five for fighting. They were bad. If you get one song to play for a stadium full of pumped up people, why not play something hard and fast? Also, if you're playing in front of a stadium full pumped up Flames and 'abs fans you probably shouldn't say anything about the Kings.

Yeah, they were an odd choice. When was the last time that band was popular? And the song choice was even worse. IMO, if you're doing the song that introduces the players, then it has to be something upbeat and hard or a catchy hip-hop tune.

There are plenty of them in the thread. A good portion of the posts with country, hick and Nickleback posts have some sort of insult about the taste of the music that those that don't like Metric must have or the kind of person they are.
