I think Slava and PIM King are Chiefs fans as well.
Ditch has season tickets to the Seahawks.
I'm surprised we don't have any Giants, Red Skins, or Bears fans.
There used to be a lot more Patriot fans, I guess if they are not in the Super Bowl those fans aren't paying attention.
There is another poster who will pop his head in at the start of the season professing his love for the Jets, then he disapears from this thread. Can't remember his username, he has an avator of a T-Rex I think.

When I first started posting here, I was surprised how many Saints and Chiefs fans there were, I was used to being the only Saints fan on a couple other MB's I used to be on. And ya really surprised there's not really any Steelers fans on here, they've gotta be the most well-represented fanbase in the NFL.

I have to say that I'm still surprised how many Saints were on here (pre Super Bowl victory). You just didn't see anybody wearing any Saints stuff around this neck of the woods, which considering their history probably isn't that surprising. Still CP has a really strong Saints fan base (pre Super Bowl victory).

Ya MM, me & Saint Troy, and judging by his posts I think dissentower may be on board as well(Edit: yup, def on board, just saw the post above this). Us and you guys definitely have to be the most random large fanbases on here haha.

Actually another team I'm surprised isn't represented on here at all, given Calgary's geographical location, is Seattle. On the 2 other non-NFL boards I've been on(with an NFL section like this), Seahawks are easily the best represented fanbase. No 'Hawk love anyone?

Being from Chicago, I'm a pretty big Bears fan. I just don't post often in the NFL thread. I used to make it to a few games every year, but since I went away to school down in Central Illinois, it got harder for me to get to Chicago.

Loooob doesn't come in these threads to post much, but he's a Seahawks fan. I guess no one is left on the Rams band wagon from the early 2000's as they used to be a pretty popular team. SuperRye is a Titans fan IIRC, and I think there is a poster named Titan who's also a Titans fan.

I suppose that's what makes the NFL in Canada a bit different as there isn't really a local team so people have various reasons for choosing their team.

As for actual football itself, I'd really like to see how the Titans stack up against the Colts and Texans in head to head matchups. Aside from that home loss to Denver they've been a pretty solid team this year. Will see how they do if they have to go back to Kerry Collins. He's certainly capable, but inspite of his detractors Vince Young does win football games.

The NFL is going to start suspending players for helmet to helemt hits to the head. It may be a bit drastic, but it there have been a few like that Merriweather hit that are blatently leading with the helmet. Things move fast and occasionally a player will miss with the shoulders. I just hope this doesn't go too far because big hits that are clean are part of the game.

The Buffalo Bills in southern Ontario would be the only NFL team with a huge canadian following.

Everybody else has a unique reason for liking a particular team.

The 7 turnovers in the loss to the Steelers made me want to punch random objects in rage.

There were a ton of Saints fans back in the late 80's when Rueben Mayes played for them.

This is good value for Bess in my opinion. He's quietly becoming one of the best slot receivers in the league. He hasn't had a #1 receiver for help till this year.

He's put up excellent numbers in my opinion in his first 3 years as a Fin.

Quite an amazing story on him as he was an undrafted free agent brought into Miami and he has quickly become one of my favorite players.

In 2008 he had 54 catches for 558 yards
In 2009 he had 76 catches for 758 Yards
In 2010 he's got 26 Catches for 282 yards in 5 games. He's on pace for 83 catches for 902 yards this year.

Yep. Reid said that, if they had practiced today, Vick wouldn't have been ready to go. It's going to be very interesting to see what happens if Kolb continues to play like he has the last two weeks.

The other Eagles story that isn't getting a lot of attention is how well former 7th round pick King Dunlap played this week while Jason Peters was out. I thought he was substantially better than Peters has been since he arrived in Philly last year.
