We can go back and forth on this all night, so instead of rehashing a lot of old points all I will say is I am for the Peace Bridge, and I voted against Druh.

Absolutely but Nenshi is winning by 20000!
So let's say Higgins gets 80000 votes.. It would have had to be 50000 for McIver and 30000 for Nenshi at least! That's alot.

I have voted in every election that I could since I turned 18 and this is the first one where I actually feel my vote counted. It is a very good feeling.

I have officially removed my sig. I think the purple reign can start to disband at this point (in the campaigning sense, now the real work begins.).

Yeah, Alberta is stale, it's always the same.. this is the first surprise I can remember.
I wonder how the National Media will report this tomorrow.

Different Alnoor - way nicer (and probably smarter) than the Alnoor who ran for mayor

Only a few other signs I have seen in McKenzie Towne.
Mine was religiously kicked over every day and I always straightened it hoping today would turn out like it did. I think I will leave mine up as well.
