I was just poking fun at you and I will admit that I was rooting for BSU in that game but no longer.
But you're right. a hook and ladder followed by a statue of liberty? child please.

its sad that you guys like this.

But what's the alternative? In the BCS system the way it is now there's no way BSU plays for the championship unless they schedule tougher games and they can cry about it all they want.
If you have a playoff, BSU automatically qualifies for this playoff every year as one of the 8 teams or 16 teams and one of these years they might fluke it all the way to the end. At least in BCS system now, the have 0% chance.

If Boise goes undefeated then they will either play in the BCS Championship or get pushed aside for 1 loss team. Both situations will bring about a huge debate, enough so that the BCS will finally turn to a playoff IMO.

Look man as much as I love Florida we are not going to go through this season with anything less than 2 losses. Probably more.
Hell USF has a good chance at beating us the way we played last weekend.

Go for it. Last year UF's sched was 15th in SOS and probably in the top ten again this year. Hell in 06 it was #2 and 08 was top 5. So bag all you want.

And they were leading that game from 5 minutes into the 1st quarter until 1 minute left in the 4th quarter. Leading by as much as 18 points as well.
Don't talk as if Boise St. put together some miracle rally down 14 points with 50 seconds left or something ridiculous. Boise St. was in that game from start to finish - and actually were the better team through-out.
That whole 99 times out of 100 they lose is complete BS.

I happen to completely disagree. If Boise were to go undefeated this year (real good chance of that happening with the hardest game out of the way) then they have at worse a 50% chance of making it into the Championship game.

I don't get people. Since when does someone get something for just being the little guy? Since when did someone not have to earn something?
BSU hasn't earned anything.

I guess but I'm on the side of them being nowhere near the title game. one win over the 10th ranked team than a bunch of wins over cheezie states? That's undeserving. They need to change conferences.

Oh yeah I know the Gators aren't likely to go undefeated, but if they somehow did they'd get in over Boise.

I dont care what team you choose but choose anyone in the top 10 besides BSU and I would be willing to bet they wouldn't make it through the season without a loss on any of their schedules.

Yet it took them 2 perfectly executed trick plays in the last 40 seconds to win ... that is fact ... not something I am making up.

No conferences want them. They bring nothing to the table. Well wait I'm wrong they bring a gimmick, a crybaby attitude and Blue turf.

Remember that BSU threw a pick late in that game I believe it was also a pick 6 and basically took a failure of monumental proportions for BSU to win that game.

Ah I do agree but with all the mega-conferences these days you'd think they'd campaign to try and get in. To pay their way in, they must be loaded by now.

That's what I mean.. keep the BCS and let them cry and cry and cry... I don't want BSU or other undeserving teams in my playoff.

SEC fan needs to give it a rest.
Boise St is going to lose to South Carolina? Va Tech is 10x the team the Gamecocks are yet you somehow have them losing to them at home?
I also don't see how you watch LSU almost lose (and probably should've lost had the refs thrown a PI on the last play) to a North Carolina team missing half their defense and all of their playmakers on offense and declare that they'd beat Boise in Boise as well. Apparently Alabama is so physically dominating that playing LSU THE VERY NEXT WEEK (!!!) implies an instant loss.
Basically every half-decent SEC team is apparently better than Boise St. Why don't you worry about Ole Miss losing to a Div 1-AA school before you pump up your conference and how half it's constituents would beat a top 5 team in the country?

It's too bad BYU left the Mountain West. With TCU and BYU along with 2 decent OOC games, Boise's scheduling might actually start looking somewhat decent.

I think the stadium they play in only sits like 35k it's not that big at all. they don't have as much money as you would think.

It's not that Boise couldn't beat any of these teams in a one and done game, it's playing them week after week after week that would make it difficult. Right now they have summer camp to prepare for VaTech then another 2 weeks for OSU then 3 months for their BCS games. The rest is just filler.
EDIT: I find it hilarious how people absolutely rip on the SEC for scheduling 4 creampuff OOC game every year yet can turn a blind eye to BSU creampuff conference schedule.
