She put down the phone and went and grabbed a log book. She flipped through some pages and then read notes...
- dud had to clean for 30 min
- cardboard, garbage and ashes all over the place (not cigarette butts)
- sites 16 & 17 (IIRC, those WERE our sites)
- $10 cleaning charge declined.
Ok, I know our fire got big  but seriously, we cleaned that mofo. Hell, we even piled up the left over wood nice and tidy for the next people to use. There was no fricken garbage, we hiked out a couple garbage bags.
This is BS. Maybe those trashy edmontonians next to us let their garbage fly into our site after we left. It was a pretty crappy/windy/rainy day.

I really dont want to camp at On Deck, I've had bad experiences with 'open field' camping with several hundred other people. Are there any other viable alternatives?

Was this the first call in? and we are still waiting for "the boss?"
Can't say I'm not embarassed personally for the last one but well not much I can do about it now.
I dont think it was 16/17

Still waiting. Now that I think about it, she wasn't going to call him, she was waiting for him to get back to the place.
I can't remember the site #s, but for some reason, I remember there being a 6. Whatever that means.
what is the name of the place? Do they have a website with a map? I'll remember our sites if I saw a map.

Well if we cant get in I will drive to on deck in the morning to get us a good site and leave a tent or something there to claim it.
I don't work but I have to wait for heather to get off work before we come out there for the weekend

Found the map that they give us when we check and we were in T16 and T17! there are 2 othe 16 and 17 but look to be in the camper lots
