I don't really follow the Jay's prospects but what can you tell me about Arencibia? Twitter is a buzz about him.

He's a catcher that was more offensively talented than defensively talented. He's been projected to be a .280ish hitter with 30 HR potential (actually hit 30+ homeruns this season in AAA before getting recalled)
He more likely will be moved to 1B or DH at some point because his catching abilities are average at best. Basically, think of what Carlos Delgado was, and that's what his upside is.
