it's a pretty bold list but some good analysis on players that you haven't heard as much about.

Yep, that was really interesting read.

Here's another not well-known blogger who has posted very detailed scouting reports. Kirk Luedeke's Bruins 2010 Draft Watch and here's his top20 (click player for detailed info).

NHL Draft Notes is best place to find out more on WHL prospects. Few of those ranked players will be Flames' property on Saturday, we know Sutter's tendencies. Wondering if they will add their Sutter total by one since Brody Sutter is borderline worth of draft pick.

Brody Sutter / C/RW: The best of a bleak draft crop for the Hurricanes, and even he might be lucky to go at all. Was a bit excited the first time I saw this guy two seasons ago, with what looked like decent hockey sense and a desire to crash and bang. But the hands just have not come around at all despite this guy getting a ton of playing time. Probably not much more than a camp invite.

Brody Sutter's stats seem a touch lower than Brett Sutter's. Seeing as how Brett went in the 6th round, I could see Brody going in the 7th to 9th to Calgary.

Im thinking they might play on the same line? Does anyone know?

This past year he had 25 goals and 36 assists in 72 games this year. He had 2 goals and 3 assists in 6 playoffs games this year also.
He's 6 feet tall and weighs 188, according to hockeyDB.com
The Hockey News had him going right around where the Flames current first pick is. (Columbus's third round pick, 64th overall I believe.)
They don't play on the same line. Howse was on the first line, Sundher was on an all 17 year old second line.

Sundher would be a good pick as long as the Flames don't rush him. He did very well at the NHL combine.

The draft has only been 7 rounds for a few years now.

Hush you. Nobody needs to know I still look at the 2003 Entry Draft.

Also, regarding the Top 100 Prospect list from earlier in the thread: They rate Brad Ross a bit low. I wouldn't mind seeing the Flames grab him if he falls to 64th.

Sundher sounds great though if he falls that low.
