Yeah, I was positive that I was going to be okay for June. But doc says I can't do anything strenuous until the middle of July. So that's way too late in the season even for a sub. Sorry and don't worry about the fees or anything because of the late notice.

I will try and come out for beers though!

Good games last night.
Solid hitting throughout the lineup, highlighted by FKA's big blast over the fence and into the playground. Curiously for our squad, no children were present.
Some nice circus catches in the OF.
Big thanks to troutman, Windom, and Jenn for coming out.
Too bad we had to play one short and with an auto out...hopefully that never happens again!

I nominate FKA as our new pitcher!

How was the pub, sorry I had to bail after one quickie.

We discussed shirts. What does everyone want to do for shirts?

I don't mind pitching (its better than catching

) but I dont want to do it for every game. Need to get some practice in.

Remember no games for the long weekend.
