Van De Sar did indeed sign a one year extension. As for Man Schity finishing behind Spurs, I'm very happy, and I'm a Gunner.

Wow Chelsea domination today, no 4-peat for ManU. Oh well, next year will be a great year with Newcastle United back in the Premiership!!

Quite satisfied with the year that United had - I was a bit worried to be honest. As much as a poofter that he is, Ronaldo filled the net and that is hard to replace.
Well done!

It really sucks that I cannot really respond to this by saying something like:
"Being satisfied with only winning the Mickey Mouse Cup is quite the comedown for the great Manchester United. That's a poor season by their standards"
I cannot in good faith say that however given the pathetic showing by my chosen team and the tenuous financial situation they are in.
As an aside: Congrats Chelsea on a well deserved championship. The best team prevailed this season. Well done.

Yeah...although it made me wonder if Chelsea weren't simply worried that Mourinho would go right after Drogba upon arrival at Real Madrid? Either way, I hope Dynamo London eff off!

Club officials at Barcelona have declared that Arsenal captain Cesc Fabregas and Valencia striker David Villa want to sign for the Spanish champions and have confirmed that they are working towards bringing the duo to Catalunya.
Vice president for sport, Rafael Yuste has told Ona FM, that attempts to sign El Guaje are well advanced while they are waiting on Arsenal to name their price for Fabregas as the epic transfer saga involving the former canterano seems destined to continue for yet another summer.
“That of Villa is well advanced. By contrast, Arsenal must make a starting price for Cesc, which they have not yet done, but both want to come here,” Yuste stated.
Those comments were underpinned by director general Joan Oliver, who has acknowledged that the club are looking to make key additions to certain positions in the squad for next season. While he ultimately refused to confirm or deny that Villa and Fabregas were definite targets for the summer, he has implied the club are making steps towards signing the two Spain international stars.
“Our team is like a puzzle, one feature is that it has no specific objectives, but it is true that we are focusing on three specific positions. For us it is a compliment that players like Villa and Fabregas have expressed their desire to play with us,” Oliver declared, as quoted by AS.
“These players are clear that they are top professionals, but there is a long process between when they produce such a statement and when they can be here.” (Goal.com)

Do it Cesc, you know you want to go back home to Spain
I still think he stays, but Barca adding Villa would be huge in itself

Cool pics!
As far as Cesc I don't see Wenger giving in to the sale. I remember reading about his regrets of letting Henry go and he probably won't let the same mistake happen with Cesc as long as he is happy staying with the club.
