New CANCON! Kardi's got a new album, 'Mr. International'. Here's the new single produced by Supa Dave West of De La Soul fame. No official release date yet -- I'm waiting for an e-mail to see if the label has a vague idea of when.
As I posted last week, the entire Kidz In The Hall x LRG - The Professional Leisure Mixtape has now been posted. Link is at the top of the LRG website. LRG has also stepped up their gear over the last few seasons, so check them out if you have a second. Mix sounds good so far...
Also, the new Clipse album, "Till The Casket Drops" was released today. I'm not going to you give you a DL link for the entire album, but I will indirectly show you some of the leaks from earlier this year. Go out and cop it... It's fire!
Probably his best song in years and looks like he is finally just going to rap and get rid of all his little personalities and accents.
“Let's be honest, that last Relapse CD was “ehhh”.
Perhaps, I ran them accents into the ground.
Relax, I ain't going back to that now.
All I'm tryna say is get back, click-clack, blow."

Yeah I heard this yesterday, good song, great verses but I do not like the chorus - an odd choice for a 1st single for Em IMO.
Now that we have bumped this thread....Damian Marley and Nas "Distant Relatives" drops on May 18th and alot of the tracks can now be found online. This is one sweet album, produced by Damian and brother Stephen, and trust me, it shows. Also Reflection Eternal (Kweli and HiTek) are coming out with a new album "Revloutions per Minute" which drops sometime in May. They are also promoting the album with a live show in June (which will be great) here in Calgary.
Another good album, dropped a couple of weeks ago, is "ForNever" by Murs and 9th Wonder....one of the best duo's in hiphop IMO.
