so for the people playing this game in manager mode, is there most to get out of the game building up a club, or, to go ahead and play as powerhouse teams as is?

Definitely more fun to start off with a lower team. You can do it either way, but you feel like you've accomplished more when you take a no name team to a UEFA Championship.

Personally, I think you will get way more hours of game play out of FIFA. COD is an awesome game and all, but the replay value is sort of low unless you get into hardcore online play, which brings its own set of issues. My online experience with the 360 is that I get bored with the shooters fairly quickly. Yes, it's true that I suck at them, but I find the sports games to be a lot more fun over the long haul.

I guess it's really personal preference though.

As an Italian will my squad have special "dive" button? I don't know if I can win without it.

The game does have national teams right?

National teams I would figure would be in the Fifa World Cup game this summer. I am looking forward to the addition of the "headbutt" button. Can't win with it apparently.
