Shaw phone and Internet

I've got Telus for phone and Shaw for cable and internet.

I had Shaw phone initially but I would be without a land line for hours and hours routinely.

If it was a short term problem I could deal with it but it was ongoing for about 6 months.

I should mention that I live in Strathmore and Shaw did say that they were experiencing difficulties with the area.

Having said all that, I really like the Shaw cable and internet. I've had Telus phone now for about 2 years and have had zero issues.

Just my 2 cents.

Had Shaw Phone ever since it was first available... which is close to 4 years I think?
Have only had a phone outage twice in that time, and only for 2 hours at the most. I've had it in Edmonton, Red Deer, and Calgary... with the same reliability in all locations.
