Are there any good Chinese/Vietnamese restaurants for lunch in the deep NW? Around the Valley Ridge/Bowness area?

Today I'm going to Opa for calamari and ceasar salad. Taking my Franks Red Hot sauce with me. Got into the habit of putting the hot sauce on the calamari when I used to eat at the Opa in the Chinook Mall food court. They keep hot sauce on hand there... unfortunately its the only Opa in town that does.
I love Opa's calamari! Plus the calamari is on special every Tuesday.

I'm having some random thoughts about left over chili for dinner today. Or maybe toasted tomato and mayo sandwiches. Or soup. I wonder if what the cutoff time is for ordering tonight's PPV. Hmmm ... maybe I'll have KD for lunch.
